Consent to Personal Data Processing
By registering on CephCalc (https://cephcalc.com) and its subdomains, an individual (the "Subject") consents to the Operator processing personal data as described herein.

Subject Confirmations
By giving consent, the Subject confirms free, informed, specific, and conscious action; legal capacity; familiarity with privacy policy; and use of the Service in professional medical practice as a healthcare professional, medical entrepreneur, representative of a medical organization, or staff (assistant, technician, etc.) under a healthcare professional's supervision.
1. Processing Methods
Consent covers processing with and without automation.
2. Personal Data Categories
- surname, first name, patronymic (if provided);
- email address;
- phone number;
- city and other voluntary profile information;
- data needed for payment and orders (full card number is not stored by the Service);
- technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, session and Website activity data needed for operation and security.
Patient data entered by the User is processed as data placed by the User for Service features; volume is determined by the User. The Operator does not determine patient data purposes and provides infrastructure under personal data processing agreement.
Patient health data (special categories) is processed on the User's instruction as a healthcare professional who confirms lawful grounds (patient consent, medical indications, or other legal basis). The User is responsible for patient consents and 152-FZ compliance.
Data is not public unless the Subject makes it so.
3. Purposes
- Account creation and maintenance, access to CephCalc features;
- contract performance (offer), including payment and digital service crediting;
- consultation and technical support;
- Website operability and security;
- compliance with Russian legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases
Subject consent; public offer and acceptance; Federal Laws No. 152-FZ and No. 149-FZ; other acts applicable to the specific processing operation.
5. Processing Operations
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to partners on the Operator's instruction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6. Term
Consent is valid until processing ends: Account deletion / destruction on request, or purpose achievement, subject to legal and privacy policy retention periods.
7. Withdrawal
The Subject or representative may withdraw consent by email: support@cephcalc.com_link.
Withdrawal may make Service use impossible (including Account access termination and data deletion) if further processing without consent is not permitted by law.
After withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing without consent where permitted by Art. 6(1)(2–11), Art. 10(2), and Art. 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (e.g., contract performance or legal obligations).
