Digital services with fixed prices

USD

CephCalc sells access to orthodontic calculation features. Prices below are fixed, in US dollars, one-time payment with no subscription. After signing in, you can buy on this page or in your account.

How pricing works

  1. Registration gives 5 patients and up to 10 seats in your list at once.
  2. Need more new cards — buy a +5 / +10 / … pack. Packs add up with the free ones and with each other.
  3. Need more seats in the list — buy a capacity plan. It replaces the limit and does not stack with the base 10.

Example: 5 free + pack +5 ($55) + pack +10 ($99) = 20 patients.

There is no upgrade fee between packs: pick the size you need in full.

Patient additions

After registration you get 5 free patients — the right to create new cards. A purchased pack increases the counter: e.g. «+10 patients» means 10 more cards in your account. Base price $11 per patient; larger packs have a discount.

Patient slots

How many patients are stored in your list at once. Buying a plan sets a new limit (replaces the previous one, does not stack). When you delete or archive a patient, a slot frees up. Plan upgrade grants a bonus of patients (difference in bonuses).

How to receive your order after payment

  1. On this page (after signing in) or in your account, click Buy on a pack or plan and pay via Prodamus (by bank card, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro).
  2. After successful payment, the service is credited automatically to your account: patient credits or additional patient slots.
  3. Order status and return to the site — on the payment page; purchase history is available in your account and to the service administrator.
  4. Electronic receipt is sent to the email provided at payment (per Prodamus fiscal settings).
  5. No physical delivery — this is a fully digital service giving access to CephCalc features.
